Delivery Policy
At MICROLINKS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering websites and software solutions as per the agreed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and content provided by the client from time to time.
Project Delivery Terms
- Delivery Timeline: Project timelines are defined based on the SRS and are subject to the timely provision of content and inputs by the client. Delays in receiving content, approvals, or technical requirements may lead to corresponding delays in project delivery. We shall not be held responsible for such delays.
- Client Content & Inputs: All textual content, images, videos, forms, and functional details required for the website/software must be provided by the client. Without the required content, development cannot proceed, and delivery timelines may be deferred accordingly.
- Meetings & Communication: All meetings related to project discussion, status updates, and clarifications shall take place at the Microlinks office only. No home or external location meetings will be conducted.
- Communication Mode: All official content and correspondence must be submitted via email only to info@microlinks.in. Communications via WhatsApp or any other instant messaging platform are strictly not accepted as official communication or delivery mode.
- Progress Updates: Periodic updates on the development process will be shared via email or during scheduled in-office meetings to ensure transparency and client involvement.
- Testing & Quality: All deliverables will be tested thoroughly before delivery to meet quality and functional expectations as per the defined SRS.
- Handover: Upon project completion and full payment, all relevant documentation, user credentials, and deployment support will be provided in digital format.
By initiating a project with MICROLINKS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, the client agrees to the above terms and acknowledges that timely communication and input from their end are essential for on-time delivery.
